I have been doing online personal training with Maria since 2017. I continue to do training year after year, even though I know how to do most of the moves we do together, because of a few things.

Maria pushes me further than I would push myself, but not beyond what is right for me at the time. She has the unique ability to listen to what’s going on for me – ie a bad night’s sleep, an injury or just soreness from pushing myself too hard, and she will adjust the movements and the tempo based on my current state of well-being and injuries.

She watches my movements carefully, paying attention to my form and technique and helps me make adjustments to the tempo, weight and form to optimize my strength and performance.

All in all, she has made strength training fun and productive and working with her is an investment that yields profound rewards.
