You’ll need a smartphone (or laptop) with reliable internet, a yoga mat, and a small open space where you can move on camera. A tripod is highly recommended so I can clearly see your form. During sessions, I’ll demo movements and give real-time feedback.

I focus on live coaching, form, and helping you build a routine you can repeat. If you want follow-along programs, I’ll point you to great app options. You’ll still get clear guidance on what to do between sessions—simple and doable.

We modify. My philosophy is moving you from “I can’t” to “I can” safely. If something is out of scope (rehab/physical therapy), I’ll tell you directly and refer you out.
