I invited Maria into my life to help me look at my eating habits and help me to make some changes toward a more plant-based diet.

I learned so much, I released some unneeded weight and started some new habits. I must admit habits can be difficult to break on your own and I knew I needed help and Maria was there to help me drink more water, add more exercise and choose my meals differently.
