Maria–this was an absolutely fabulous class. Well-run, well-organized, good pace and you made it FUN! (I was sore the next day, so I guess I needed it!).

I really didn’t think it would personally do me much good, but with the two-way video capability, I could see you and the other participants and I was able to adjust my exercise to get the most out of it.

I liked that you timed us and kept us on schedule. I know I could have gone slower if I’d needed to, but the group energy made me want to get it done in a good time frame. Thanks so much!
