Passion from the start

The concept applies to most things in life. If you’re not passionate enough about your health and wellness, you will stall, start and never finish, and continue the yo-yo diet, denial, and fall back to your old habits. The emotional rollercoaster this process is taxing to the body and mind.

Minimize or avoid emotional rollercoaster rides by aligning your heart with your head!

  1. Set goals
  2. Make a plan
  3. Know of your strengths and weaknesses
  4. Hire a coach as needed
  5. Believe in yourself
  6. Know your support system
  7. Stay consistent – day in and out. Cheating will rarely help. It will prolong your journey. In some cases, you might never get to your destination.
  8. Surround yourself of like minded people
  9. Learn from mistakes
  10. Celebrate your successes
