[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On this Thanksgiving day, a day of reflection and gratitude, it’s easy to think about the things I did NOT get done.

If this resonates with you, join me for my ‘I did Enough Gratitude Challenge’ right now.

Listen to the message I recorded this message just for you.

Have a blessed Thanksgiving. Thank you for being part of my life!

“On this Thanksgiving Day, a day of reflection and gratitude, it’s easy to think about the things I did not get done.

If this resonates with you, join me for my ‘I Did Enough Gratitude Challenge’ right here and now.

I am grateful for the things I’ve got done, the people I’ve met, the people I’ve helped – business, friends, acquaintances, and strangers.

We, wellness warriors, can always do more and better. As long as I am making progress and growing, I know I am on the right path. I did enough. You Did Enough.

If for some reason the naysayer in you is screaming at you and saying you did not do your best, acknowledge it, thank it for the chat, and be grateful for all the things you did accomplish.

Remember that you always have a CHOICE. Push the reset button and deploy a positive mindset and action to change the direction of whatever you want.  So, YES, You and I Did Enough.

I am grateful for my body, my mind, my health, my mobility. I am grateful for my family and friendships, new and old. I am grateful for my home.

I Am Grateful For You. I am grateful that you are walking this journey with me. For allowing me to share my thoughts and vulnerability. And for your positive comments and feedback.

When I feel lonely, I GET to read your comments, text messages, and emails. They reenergize me – THAT’S THE POWER OF YOUR VOICE AND WORDS. It reminds to keep doing whatever it takes to follow my purpose.

Thank you for being part of my life!”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1542900624511{margin-top: 50px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_column][ctitle title=”Fueling Your Body On Thanksgiving Day” href=”https://youtu.be/eQlDxXIV-OQ” color=”#8224e3″ background=”#ffffff” font_size=”20″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Yesterday, I got inspired after finished my workout and I did a Facebook Live. I shared a few words to help you set your intentions for the Thanksgiving feast day ahead of you and shared a couple of strategies to embrace the experience with even more energy, empowerment, and intentionality.
