Are you excited for 2019?

Are you ready to start celebrating your micro wins as off the end of the day tomorrow, 01/01/2019?

If you are not, it’s not too late to reflect about 2018 and set yourself for a mind-blowing 2019. I shared tips of my process HERE.

Give yourself permission to grab a notepad, go to a quiet and/or inspiring place, and start jotting down. You will feel awesome, believe me!

On a side note…

If you follow me on Facebook and/or Instagram, you know that last night, I completed a 5-Day Fast. It went great. I also worked out four out of the five days. Heck Yes!

I am about to eat my post-fasting first meal by 3:00 PM EDT, roughly 132-135 hours after my last caloric intake on Christmas day. I will do a Facebook Live and share my re-entry meal plan and details of my fast.
